I didn't know what life would look like a year ago today. We lost our first pregnancy on this day, and I had no idea what plans God had for us. One year later, I know we are where we're supposed to be, and God's plan is perfect, and Emersyn was meant to be our first "take home" baby, but Blake and I will never forget our first child.
Someday we'll tell Emersyn about her big brother or sister, waiting for us in heaven. And today, and every day, we'll remember them.
What a journey this past year has been for you guys. Praying as you walk this next leg of the journey. :)

ReplyDeleteI have 8 children and I was reading your Friday Randoms post about Emersyn having a bad diaper rash....I hope you don't think I'm too forward here if I offer you a bit of the thoughts that are going through my head about the diaper rash and also remembering when I had my first baby and how utterly perplexed and confused I was not knowing much.......
We had this very same problem with some of our babies, and I decided to switch diapers until the problem was solved. The only diapers we can use are Luvs and Huggies Little Movers.
Please don't think me too forward!!! It just was so sad that Emersyn is having to suffer and you're having to suffer seeing her suffer, and the doctor doesn't seem to have any clues and you've spent sooo much money......
