A whole lot of nothin'. I had my dr appointment today and she said the contractions are most likely Braxton Hicks, as I am not dilated. At all. Which is different from what they said to me at the hospital last Thursday. She said I do have a lot of amniotic fluid, which could be contributing to the amount of BHs I'm having, but that there's really no way of knowing when Emersyn will arrive. Ughhh. I don't want her to come before she's ready and healthy, but man, I wish that time was now.
And so, we wait.
ugh. Frustrating, indeed. But as I said before, I believe baby E will come when she is good and ready and for a first baby it really might be until the bitter end. Just do your best to take it a day at a time and remember that these last weeks of pregnancy will soon be a distant memory. I promise you will forget all about this anxiety/waiting period once she is here. It will be worth it!
ReplyDeleteAAGGGHH! You must be so frustrated! But before you know it, it's true - she'll be here. And you'll get to have sushi again! PS: I nominated you for a lil' blog award...that'll help take your mind off things for a minute ; )
