Ah, the glorious second trimester. Those are the good ol' days!! ;) Enjoy this part. You actually start looking pregnant and bump-y, and yet you aren't so huge that you're miserable. You feel more like 'you' and it is just the best part! Soak it up!
ReplyDeleteIts so funny- I started gagging after watching my husband brush his teeth this week. Completely weird. Oh and I feel the same way about the books- it seems so overwhelming! Can't wait to hear what you are having!
ReplyDeleteHaven't popped by your blog in awhile but was so excited to see your news when I finally did! Congratulations! So glad that you are starting to feel better...2nd trimester is such a fun time!
ReplyDeleteOh, and a bit of advice on the books...don't feel like you have to read them all cover-to-cover. I recommend skimming through them all, picking the ones that jive with your personality/philosophy, and then going back and actually reading those. I checked out a ton from the library and then bought my favorites on Half.com (for the record, those faves were Happiest Baby on the Block, Secrets of the Baby Whisperer, Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child, and The Nursing Mother's Companion.
